Review – Super Joints

Pavel Tsatsouline is the author of a variety of great books, including Power to the People, Bullet Proof Abs, and Beyond Bodybuilding. Since I have found his other books to be amazing, I knew I had to check out his book, Super Joints, as well. Sure enough, once again Pavel did not let me down and I found Super Joints to be a book that came up to the same excellent standard as the rest of his books have.

Super Joints is an excellent book that is packed with helpful information on taking care of your joints and making sure that you keep your joints strong and healthy. Basically the book focuses on various exercises that an be done to keep your joints mobile as well as some other flexibility exercises that will strengthen you as well. Pavel is a very well known fitness expert from Russia, and in this book he shows you how you can improve the health of your joints, and then you can go on to make the rest of your physical performance better as well.

So, why is joint health so important? Well, more than likely you don’t want to find yourself hobbling around on painful joints as you begin to grow older. However, if you do not take care of your joints right now, that will more than likely be what happens to you. Since no doubt you want to take charge of your health while you are young, Pavel shows you how flexibility and joint mobility exercises when used in the right combination can help you make sure that you enjoy health joints that are pain free.

While the book is only 130 pages long, definitely an easy read, the book is just packed full of helpful information and exercises that you can simply try at home. If you are like me, you are looking for something that will offer you practical ways to protect your joints, and Pavel does that very thing in his book, Super Joints. Not only can this book help you avoid degeneration of your joints and the disability and pain that goes along with that, but it can also make the difference in the life of athletes and help them achieve greatness as well.

If you want to prevent arthritis, then this book can definitely help, by showing you how to prevent it. However, even if you already are suffering from arthritis you will find tips and exercises in Pavel’s book that can help you reduce the arthritis you already have as well. Also in this book, there are 28 very valuable drills that will help you keep joints that are youthful and that will help you get a stretch that is much stronger as well. You’ll also find information on how you can recharge your energy, get your joints feeling better than ever, and even on how you can actually get your nervous system in better shape as well.

When I first took a look at the book, I was thrilled to find that there were well over 100 illustrations and photos in the book. This helped me to better picture the techniques that Pavel was talking about, and no doubt they will be helpful to you as well. The great thing about the exercises in this book is that they really will work for anyone. Whether you are a young person who is trying to prevent joint problems in the future or someone in your 70s who would like to undo some of the damage to your joints, the exercises in this book can help you.

Super Joints is just packed full of helpful information and great exercises that can help you get your joints feeling better than ever. While I have been thrilled with this book myself, there are countless other people who have found great results when taking the advice and using the exercises in this book as well. This book is currently selling for $34.95, and for that terrific price, you can either get the paperback version or the digital book online.

So, if you are looking for a way to improve your joint health or you want to prevent arthritis in the future, this book is definitely a great read. Like all Pavel’s books, it is easy to read and very interesting, and more than likely you won’t be able to put it down until you’re finished.
