I thought about also listing some of my not so favourite but
Why bother. I will save that for a different
page. I just don't see the point of being negative on
something. Anyway I have every one of these products
below and believe in them very strongly. I will be
adding more as I get more time.

Beyond Bodybuilding
Whether you are a beginner or a
long time bodybuilding pro, you can definitely benefit from the
book by Pavel, “Beyond Bodybuilding.” This is a great book that
will show you that there is much more to your workout than you
may think. You’ll find some excellent training tips in the book
that deal with power training. For those who want to develop
strength and power quickly, this book is a definite must read.
With great information, tips, exercises, and even
illustrations, you can’t go wrong if read this book and
incorporate it into your workout.

Bullet Proof Abs
Although this book may be a bit
much for beginners in bodybuilding and fitness, for the
longtime fitness fan, this book can definitely offer the
cutting edge on how to build up your abs. A powerful, well
build midsection is important, and renowned author, Pavel,
teaches you how you can really achieve great abs in this book.
No, hundreds of crunches are not the exercises you are looking
for. What you need is just a few minutes a day to concentrate
on your abs using the unique exercises that are given by Pavel
in this book. So, for those who have a goal of having rock hard
abs, this book will show you the way.

Fast and Loose
Some of the best athletes in the

Power to the People
Another excellent book that I
would definitely recommend by Pavel, is the book, “Power to the
People.” Once again I have been impressed by Pavel’s writing,
and this is a book that you will want to take with you to the
gym every single day. This book brings to light many of the
secrets of strength training that the Russians have been using
for years. A new and innovative workout is brought into the
picture as well, introducing specific exercises that can be
done for a short time each day to provide more energy and
strength. The book is easy to read, exciting, and information.
You’ll find great illustrations that will help you out as well
as you read the book.

Super Joints
Unfortunately, there are many
people who end up having problems with their joints, and it can
often hamper their physical performance. Taking care of your
joints is imperative, which is the focus of Pavel’s excellent
book, “Super Joints.” This book is full on exercises that you
can do to increase your strength and flexibility while helping
to keep your joints as mobile as possible as well. Whether you
just want to prevent joint problems or you are looking for a
way that you can help alleviate the joint problems you already
have, the information and exercises in this book can help
you.

Loaded Stretching
Body building is extremely
popular; however, many body builders actually miss out on some
of the strength that they could achieve if they just knew
