Review – Power to the People
Since I have read and been impressed by
various books written by Pavel Tsatsouline, once I
realized that there was yet another book by him I had yet
to read, I was excited about cracking the cover and seeing
what great bodybuilding advice he had to give this time,
in his book Power To The People. I have to admit that
Pavel has done it again, and impressed me with an
excellent and practical book that can teach anyone how to
get an amazing lean and strong body. This book by Pavel
takes an in-depth look at various Russian strength
training secrets and lets everyone that reads this book in
on those useful secrets.
If you are like I used to be, I
used to constantly worry about going to the gym, taking the
right supplements, and spending a huge amount of time working
out for a great body. However, after reading this book, I
realized that it really didn’t take all that to get the body I
really wanted. Pavel shows a way that you can use two separate
exercises for only 20 minutes daily to get stronger and more
energetic than ever. In this book Pavel shares some of the most
effective secrets for building up strength and having a body
that look lean and powerful.
Now, you may be thinking that
this type of a book is going to be hard to read, but actually I
found Pavel to have a very interesting writing style that was
very informative, yet entertaining at the same time. This book
has 124 pages, but you’ll find that those pages go quickly by
as you are entertained and intrigued with Pavel’s writing style
as well as the great photos and illustrations that can be found
all through this book. This will be one book that will not just
sit on your shelf, but no doubt you’ll be referring to it over
and over again, just as I do.
Some people may think that a book
like this is not for them, but in reality this book can be
helpful to anyone. The information that is found in Pavel’s
book is great for anyone of any fitness level. Whether you are
already in pretty great shape or you are the weakest guy on the
block, this is going to be a book that can help you. In fact,
even if you are out of shape and a basic couch potato, this
book can still show you the way to getting a great body. So, no
one should think that they are beyond the help of this great
book.
Not only will you learn how to
get a great body with just a couple exercises a day, but you’ll
also read about how you can bulk up your body as well. Instead
of going through long grueling workout sessions, you’ll learn
how to have sessions that are short, yet efficient and
effective to help you minimize the risk of injury while helping
to make you stronger than ever. Basically Pavel brings a
scientific approach that is mixed with Martial Art techniques.
Many techniques in this book have never really been explored by
people in America, but Pavel introduces these new techniques
and explains them on a level that you can easily
understand.
So, you may be wondering if there
are any negatives to this book. Well, from my perspective I
really feel that the book is great, but it is best when
considered along with some of Pavel’s other writings as well,
such as his Bullet Proof Abs book as well as his book dealing
with flexibility. Just taking this book by itself may not
produce the benefits that you could gain if you used the
techniques from all of Pavel’s books together.
This is a great read for people
out there who are looking for a way that they can change the
look and feel of their body. If you want to revolutionize the
way your body looks, then the information and exercises in this
book can really help you out. You’ll find that you won’t need
to dedicate yourself to hours of time in the gym each day to
get the body you want, but you’ll learn Pavel’s hints and
tricks for getting the body you have always wanted.
