Review - Bullet Proof Abs
Pavel Tsatsouline, a well known author in
the bodybuilding field, once again has written a big hit
with the book Bullet Proof Abs. While Pavel has written a
variety of other great books, if you are worried about
your midsection and keeping it powerful, well built, and
in shape, as I am, then this book is a must read. Pavel
focuses on building up your abdominal muscles in order to
help the rest of your body and he also focuses on how you
can build these muscles as well.
If you take a few minutes to
think about the muscles in your abdomen, you’ll no doubt
realize how important these muscles are. Would you believe that
a huge amount of your punching power actually comes from these
muscles in the stomach, as well as much of your power to kick.
No doubt if you have ever pulled an abdominal muscle you
quickly realize how important these muscles are. Also the
muscles in this area work to protect your internal organs as
well, which means that having strong abs is very important for
your protection. However, many people turn to crunches, but
only find that crunches do not really work for building up
these muscles.
This is where Pavel’s book comes
in. His book focuses on the ways that you can effectively build
up your abdominal muscles. Inside the book you will learn more
about how your abdominal muscles work, and the book is also
filled with a variety of different abdominal exercises that can
help you tone and build your abs up. Of course Pavel also takes
the time to point out many of the common mistakes that people
tend to make when they are trying to train their abs. He also
points out that just doing exercising until you feel the
burning in your abs is probably not going to help you get the
hard abs that you really want.
Since Pavel used to be a
conditional coach for the special forces of the Soviet Union,
he definitely has a huge amount of experience in helping people
build up amazing abs. Of course even after this, Pavel has
worked and studied to find even more great exercises for abs
that provide the best and fastest results. If you are like me
and don’t want to spend time reading a book that wastes your
time, then you’ll like this practical book that includes some
of the best abdominal exercises out there.
With 128 pages of helpful
information and exercises, you’ll find that this book gets
right to the point. In fact, it is a great book to take along
with you to the gym for your workout. There are many great
pictures and several illustrations throughout the book as well,
that will help you visualize what you need to do to get the
bullet proof abs you are wanting. The only negative thing you
may find about this book is that it is mainly geared towards an
audience that is educated in martial arts; however, most people
will still find it helpful.
One of the great things about
this book is that it is great for people of all ages who want
to build rock hard abs. Whether you are a teenager or an older
person who wants to build your abdominal muscles, this book can
help you. Also, whether you’ve been working your abs for yeas
or you are just getting started, this book will be useful for
people of any fitness level. You can purchase the paperback
book or you can purchase the digital book, and either one is
going to cost you a very reasonable price of $34.95. While some
people may think this price is a bit steep for a paperback
book, when you consider the wealth of information inside,
you’ll quickly realize what a great deal this book really
is.
If you want to find a great way
to build up your abdominal muscles for the core strength you
need, then Pavel’s book, Bullet Proof Abs is definitely an
excellent choice. When you read this book you won’t have to
worry about just hearing all the same things you’ve heard in
the past. Pavel provides a new and unique approach that most
people have never heard about before, and the great thing is
that he brings it down on a level that makes it easy for you to
incorporate into your own life. So, if rock hard abs are your
goal, this book is a must read.
