Review of Pavel’s Beyond Bodybuilding

Pavel is the author of the book, Beyond Bodybuilding: Muscle and Strength Training Secrets for the Renaissance Man. Since Pavel has spent quite a bit of his life both studying and practicing muscle and strength training, he comes across with a voice of authority in this new book. For those who are interested in muscle and strength training, this book brings excellent information based on Pavel’s own experience. Of course this book is not the first time Pavel has shared his knowledge and advice, but he has actually used it to train police, troops, those involved in martial arts, and athletes as well.

If you are like me, more than likely you want to know everything you can about strength training and staying in great shape, and with Pavel’s new book you will learn almost every aspect of strength and muscle training that is out there. There are great tips for training from some of the best experts in the world, and in the book there are also great exercises that you can try out yourself. I found myself looking for a way that I could achieve new heights of performance physically and after reading this book I found the answers to get there.

Pavel’s book is a whopping 365 pages long, and while it is going to take quite a bit of time to actually get the entirety of the book read, it definitely is jammed packed with excellent information that you can use. You will find great illustrations and the book is fully indexed as well to make it easy to understand and easy to navigate. So, even if you don’t have the time right away to read the entire book, by reading the index you may find a few places in the book to look for some specific help.

As you read the book, you’ll find that the beginning focuses on power training. Unique training that is used by the Russians is discussed in these first chapters and Pavel also teaches you how to simply breath right to build your strength every time you lift weights. Many people think that a huge amount of repetitions will build your strength faster. In fact, I used to think that, but Pavel shows you the right number of repetitions to use if you want to build optimum strength. Also included in the book are some of the special methods of building strength and bulking up that have previously been sued by Soviet Special Forces.

Of course, there are a variety of other topics that are covered in this book as well. One section takes a close look at Russian bodybuilding techniques that were used underground back in the 80’s. Also you’ll learn about some of the most brutal ways to develop strength, such as using shock treatments. If you are bodybuilding and trying to build up for a particular sport, you will learn why strength training can help you more than just bodybuilding can. Pavel also covers great information on how to avoid a plateau in your training as well. As you go through the book there is also great information on strengthening your back, training planning, building your legs, building your arms, and much more.

If you are interested in strength training and weightlifting, then this is a book that you need to read. This is an excellent book for those who want to increase the amount they can bench press and for those that want to build up lean body mass as well. There are excellent routines in the book that will take you through steps to building your body to its’ best performance level. Whether you are an advanced bodybuilding or someone just getting started in strength training, this book has something for every person. In fact, it is a great book for beginners that will help you save a lot of trial, error, and injury as you go along.

While this book used to sell fro $97, and I felt it was worth every penny, it is now a real deal for only $49.95, which makes it all the more affordable. So, for just under fifty bucks you can purchase Pavel’s great book and start improving your bodybuilding techniques and learning helpful information that will help you develop a new body.
